Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Rylana Townsend. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please read our return and refund policy below.

Returns for Art Prints and Products

We accept returns for art prints (posters) and standard artworks within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@rylanatownsend.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Custom and Handmade Paintings

Custom/personalized paintings and products are non-returnable. As these items are created specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once the work is completed. We will communicate the estimated delivery time for custom paintings based on our current workload.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Deposits for Custom Orders

For custom paintings, a deposit of 30-50% of the total amount is required upon order confirmation. This deposit is non-refundable once the order is confirmed and the painting process begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion before delivery or pickup.

Shipping and Pick-Up

We offer both shipping and local pickup options. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout, and we aim to deliver within the standard shipping times for ready-made products. For custom orders, delivery times will depend on our current workload, and we will notify you with an estimated delivery date upon order confirmation.

International shipping is available, and we will calculate shipping costs based on the destination.
