I am a young artist from the Netherlands. Through fluid art, I create pieces that feature multiple layers of acrylic paint flowing together. Each painting is a unique expression, as the flow of paint is never identical, resulting in one of a kind artworks.
In addition to fluid art, I explore the realm of textured paintings, utilizing pastes that allow me to create 3D effects on canvas. This technique adds dimension to my work, inviting viewers to not only see but also feel the art.
The art of friendship
In 2021, I decided to start painting on canvas, initially focusing on figurative art. However, when my friend Daisy expressed interest in a fluid art piece, I ventured into abstract art despite my doubts. Encouraged by her enthusiasm, I shared the finished work on Instagram, leading to more requests for my art.
This experience taught me a profound lesson about self-trust. It reminded me of the importance of friendships and the incredible impact they can have on our lives. I cherish the bonds I’ve built over the years, especially with those who have stood by my side for more than a decade. These relationships have been a source of strength and encouragement, reminding me that with the right support, we can discover new facets of ourselves.
